America needs an oil change

How many of you have read The Oiling of America by Mary Enig, found on the Weston A. Price Foundation website, and/or The Big Fat Suprise by Nina Teicholz?

Well, hold onto your hats, it’s time for an overhaul. We have been lied to, the data was cherry picked, and the voices of opposition have bee squelched for 50 plus years. Now that our collective engines are starting to fail en-mass from this bad information, the public is hungering (literally and figuratively) to find the answer to the FAT question.

Perhaps those animal fats that kept the fifteen groups that Weston A Price studied so very healthy are not as demonic as Ancel Keys would like us to believe. Even our government is starting to admit they were wrong in taking us down this slippery slope. Now the focus is on getting the sugar out. I am good with this advice. When was the last time you saw the words sugar diabetes right next to each other? Seems voices in high places had to be politically correct, or sugar sales would have dropped, and Americans would have been better off … In My Opinion.

I will post more as I get time to work on this. Please send me your comments…
